About Me
Being raised by a single mother in Rockford Illinois, I learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Growing up, whether it was fitness, filming YouTube videos, or having a laugh with a friend, I’ve always enjoyed sharing my passions with others. During my first year of college, I was introduced to the world of coffee. I was fascinated by the wide variety of flavors and blends of coffee available and quickly became interested in brewing my own unique blend of coffee for myself.
As time went on, I became increasingly more passionate about curating my own unique coffee blend. One day, I saw an advertisement for a coffee air-roaster. After researching the process of coffee roasting, I immediately knew that it was something that I wanted to pursue. After starting my career as a police officer, I quickly purchased my first air roaster. Enjoying freshly roasted coffee from home quickly became another passion that I wanted to share with others.
Roasting a fulfilling cup of coffee is both a science and an art. My goal is to share the journey of perfecting the craft of coffee roasting with you. I appreciate you and your support very much!
